MOKLEX / LEGAL
Terms of Service
The rules for using Moklex, the rights you keep in your content, and what to expect from the service.
Version 1.0 — effective 18 September 2026.
These terms cover the Moklex website, invitation-only application and enabled integrations (together, the service). They form an agreement between you and the operator identified below when you accept them in the application. Simply reading this page does not open an account or start a subscription.

1. What Moklex provides
Moklex helps you turn material you are entitled to use into social content. You can supply text, articles, documents, transcripts or audio; generate and edit drafts; add media; choose connected destinations; and prepare or schedule publication. Available features depend on your workspace, enabled services and platform permissions.
The current product is a private beta. Demonstration content is simulated, and a listed integration does not mean it is approved or available for customer use. Check the integration guide for supported account types and current limitations.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The service is for people aged 18 or older who can enter into an agreement. If you act for a company or another person, you must have authority to manage their content and accounts. Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
These terms apply whether you use Moklex as a consumer — for purposes outside your trade, business or profession — or in a professional capacity. Where a provision applies to only one of those, it says so.
Beta access is by invitation, with sign-in links sent to your email. Protect your mailbox, sign-in links, active sessions and API keys. Do not share personal sign-in access. Notify the support contact promptly if you suspect misuse, and revoke affected keys or access where possible.
3. Workspaces and automation
Organization owners manage members, social connections and API keys. Give access only to people and tools you trust, and remove it when it is no longer needed. Authorized members may prepare and publish content within the workspace; membership is not a separate client approval process.
Requests made through an authorized API key or automation tool can affect workspace content. You are responsible for configuring those tools, reviewing their instructions and respecting the permissions and limits shown by Moklex. Some features require a signed-in browser.
4. Your content and our permission to process it
You keep the rights you hold in the material you submit. You give Moklex permission to store, copy, process, format and display that material to authorized workspace users, and to send it to the service providers and destinations needed to carry out your requests. This permission is non-exclusive, requires no royalty payment and applies wherever those necessary operations take place.
That permission is limited to providing the service, including generation, scheduling, delivery and necessary recovery or deletion processing. It does not give Moklex ownership of your content or permission to advertise with it. It ends when the relevant content is deleted from our systems, apart from copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Already-published copies remain subject to the destination’s rules and your choices there.
You must have the necessary copyright permissions, licences and consents for source material, music, images, voices and people shown in your content. Public availability alone does not give permission to reuse someone else’s work.
5. AI output and your review
Generated text and media are drafts. They may contain mistakes, misleading statements or material similar to other output. Review factual claims, attribution, rights, accessibility and suitability before use. Moklex does not promise that generated material is unique, copyrightable, accurate or cleared for every commercial use.
Generation may send your source material, prompts or reference media to the enabled AI provider, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Submit only material you are authorized to share for that purpose. You choose what to publish and remain responsible for the final content, audience settings and required advertising or synthetic-media disclosures. Where a platform offers an AI-content label through its API (currently TikTok and YouTube), Moklex sets it for media generated with an enabled AI model; you remain responsible for confirming it and for disclosures on platforms without such a label.
6. Acceptable use
Use Moklex lawfully and respect the rights of other people. You must not:
- Publish material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Use the service for fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, exploitation or unlawful content.
- Access an account without permission or expose another person’s credentials or private information.
- Distribute malware, interfere with security or evade access controls, quotas or spending limits.
- Use automation for spam, fabricated engagement or conduct prohibited by a connected platform.
- Submit sensitive personal records that the service is not designed to handle, such as medical files, identity documents or payment-card details.
7. Connected platforms
Connecting an account lets Moklex request the permissions shown in that platform’s authorization flow. You must be entitled to grant them. When you submit or schedule a post, you authorize delivery of the selected content and media to the selected destination, including later delivery while you are signed out where supported.
Each platform applies its own terms, privacy rules, technical limits and review decisions. It may reject, restrict or remove content or require reconnection. Moklex cannot guarantee access, approval, visibility, reach, engagement or continuing platform support.
By using Moklex’s YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The YouTube features described here are limited to the signed-in browser. Customer API keys, MCP and n8n cannot access YouTube account data or posts containing YouTube destinations. YouTube video downloads and transcript imports are not offered.
8. Scheduling and availability
A scheduled time is a requested delivery time. Media processing, outages, expired permissions and provider limits can delay or prevent delivery. If a result is uncertain, Moklex may pause further attempts so it can be reviewed. Check the destination before resubmitting an uncertain post to avoid duplicates.
Cancellation or disconnection cannot recall a request already received by a platform. Maintain your own copies of important source material and final content. Beta features may change or be interrupted, and these terms offer no uptime or support-response guarantee.
9. Fees, plans and payment
The private beta is free. Moklex collects no payment and asks for no card details. Any plans, credits or allowances shown in the application are demonstrations, not an offer to sell.
If paid plans are introduced later, we will present the price, tax treatment, included usage, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms, and ask you to accept them separately. No free account becomes a paid plan automatically, and accepting these terms does not authorize any charge. Mandatory refund and cancellation rights, including any statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, are unaffected.
10. Moklex’s intellectual property
Rights in Moklex’s software, branding and website remain with their respective owners. Access permits you to use the enabled service for its intended purpose; it does not transfer those rights. Third-party software and platform marks remain subject to their own licences and rights. This section does not restrict rights that applicable law or an open-source licence gives you.
11. Suspension, closure and deletion
Moklex may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful use, a material breach of these terms or a platform requirement. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be needed to protect users or the service.
You may stop using Moklex and disconnect your social accounts. An organization owner may request deletion of the workspace. Removing a member or disconnecting an account does not automatically erase all workspace data. The deletion guide explains these differences and how posted copies and retained records are handled.
12. Privacy and reports
The Privacy Policy explains the information involved in operating Moklex, the recipients and your choices. If you believe content infringes your rights or an account is being misused, contact us with enough information to identify the content, the issue and your authority to report it. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
13. Warranties and responsibility
Moklex is a beta service and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided as available without additional promises of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or business results. This does not remove our obligations under applicable law or any express agreement with you.
What we never limit. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility for unlawful intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, for fraud, under applicable product-liability law, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Swiss law makes an advance exclusion of liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence void, and we do not attempt one. Your mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain intact.
The limit that does apply. Subject to the paragraph above, Moklex’s total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of CHF 500 or the fees you paid to Moklex in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Subject to the same limits, neither you nor Moklex is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or lost or corrupted content, so far as the law permits that exclusion. Keep your own copies of important material, as described in section 8.
Business users only. If you use Moklex in a professional or business capacity, you will compensate Moklex for third-party claims arising from material you submitted or published through the service in breach of these terms, including intellectual-property and privacy claims. This paragraph does not apply to consumers.
14. Applicable law and disputes
Swiss law governs these terms and any dispute arising from them, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The ordinary courts of Zurich, Switzerland have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, the paragraph above does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and it does not remove any right you have under mandatory law — including the Lugano Convention — to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, or to be sued only there.
No arbitration obligation, class-action waiver or exclusive foreign forum is imposed. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact info@moklex.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
15. Changes and contact
These terms show their version and effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the service or to your account contact before taking effect where required, and we will ask you to accept the revised terms where that is necessary. Changes to platform permissions or data uses may require separate consent.
Operator and support details are listed above and on the contact page.
16. General
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the invalid provision is replaced by one that comes closest to its lawful intent.
Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it.
Moklex may transfer these terms to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, and will tell you in advance; your rights under these terms are unaffected, and you may close your account if you do not wish to continue. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our consent.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms you accept for a specific paid plan, are the entire agreement between you and Moklex about the service, and replace earlier drafts or statements about it.
We send notices to your account email address. Send notices to us at info@moklex.com.
